Job Description for the Role of HR Manager of AMC

Job Description Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the department of HR function as it connects all AMC employees, including compensation, development, administration and implementation of AMC's human resources programs. Its functions also include to make employment policies, employees record-keeping, employees compensation, training and skill development, as well as compliance with AMC regulations and laws. The HR Manager has to perform professional work, has to advise AMC leaders and members for employment policies

for the purpose of hiring, employee termination, discipline, compensation, training, leave, and other human resources issues. The HR Manager must be confident to discuss human resources issues with the workers. The HR Manager tells the company leaders to address worker safety issues. The HR Manager has to supervise the training function and organisational development. The Human Resources Manager has to perform those functions, which are assigned by seniors.

Essential Functions of HR Manager

Prepare and maintain reports, files, records, of employees.

Effectively communicate to all levels of management and staff, by expressing instructions concisely and clearly.

Work independently on given tasks and complete required within strict deadlines

Evaluate complex information, and develop solution by research of complex issues.

Work well even under pressure.

Meet with and assist senior management leaders in planning activities, making strategies and implementing them.

Accurately follow directions of senior management.

Assist in hiring, including advertisements and interviewing the candidates.

Manage recruiting process.

Demonstrate skills in mediation to effectively address employee conflicts in an organisation.

Job Responsibilities of HR Manager

Ensure compliance with organisation-related laws and regulations.

Analyze cost alternatives and benefits options for employee benefits and recommend modifications.

Develop and try to implement HR programs and policies and update it to senior AMC management.

Support seniors in handling employee issues.

Maintain interdepartmental and intradepartmental workflow by cooperating with employees.

Support the organization in maintaining discipline between workers.

Ability to make powerful decisions independently.

Job Specifications for the Role of HR Manager of AMC

Requirements of HR Manager Job

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Recourses or equivalent; Master's degree would be preferred.

At least 8-10 years of experience in HR disciplines, including benefits, employment, workers compensation, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and problem solving.

Work experience of diverse workforces.

CIPD certification preferred.

Fluency in English is required.

Prior experience working with a similar kind of organisation is a plus.
