INTRODUCTION

The recruitment, selection, performance appraisal and pays are very significant devices of the human resource management. Without investigating these devices no one of the human resource administration can give better yield to the company. It furthermore lead us to forecast that how each and every stage from recruitment to pay affiliated with each other and could work contrary to business in periods of malfunction to sustain any of the stage correct and effectively.

The korts are well renowned and international company. This business enhances achievement and gets enhancement day by day. The foremost achievement of this business counts on the productive and very good work force which they got and to sustain them by productive performance appraisal and pay system. But from last twosome of year they got obstacles to gain long period earnings by producing more buying into every year to find out very good and clever employee along with to sustain them in company. This case study fundamentally aim on the major phases of HRM like recruitment, selection, performance appraisal and pays along with the dilemma arrive on their way to run this method well which can give better yield to the company.( Becker 1999, 779-801)

LITERATURE REVIEW

This part is anxiety with the idea the being evolved considering the recruitment, selection, performance appraisal and rewards system and how this idea lead us to realize the significance of each and every stage along with the dilemma that business face in periods of malfunction to supervise method very well.

Overall, the theory of HRM argues that the goal of human resource management is to help an organization to meet strategic goals by attracting, and maintaining employees and also to manage them effectively. The key word here perhaps is "fit", i.e. a HRM approach seeks to ensure a fit between the management of an organization's employees, and the overall strategic direction of the company

Some persons differentiate a distinction between HRM and Human Resource Development (HRD), a profession.
