1.1 Primary and Secondary Methods

The research will be base on secondary data collection. The data is extract from various journals, articles and books. This type of study does not engage human subjects. The study approach utilised is qualitative. Qualitative research is much more subjective than quantitative research and uses very dissimilar methods of collecting information which could be both primary and secondary. As already mention this study chooses the secondary method. The natural history of this type of research is tentative and open-ended. This type of investigate is often less expensive than surveys and is tremendously effectual in acquiring information. It is often the means of choice in cases where quantitative dimension is not required.

1.2 Compare and Contrast Data

Human resource management (HRM) will understand the procedure of strategic management; through the expansion of a new order denominate strategic HRM. Relating HRM to strategy of organization will heighten with ascend of resource-based view of organization presently.
