Introduction

Life is beautiful! It is the privilege right of a human being to lead his or her life in a peaceful way with the right of practicing and exercising all the basic rights. Unfortunately, in this world not all the human beings are able to exercise their basic rights. This is because they are either unaware of this fundamental rights or they get the guidance by some influential personality such as government and governmental authorities. In this world, there are a number of countries in which people do not have access to their basic rights and are suffering from the human rights violations. One such part of the world is Latin America. The history related to the Latin America part of the world is very long as well as complex. Human right is one of the issues that can be found stigmatized with the history of Latin America. The problem is not that the issues of human rights is something invented by the activists and jurists of the modern world: instead, it is the fact that the problems related to the human rights are the nub of the lifestyle and the ways in which people live and lead their lives in Latin America. In other words, it can be said that if we define the culture of Latin America then the problems related to the human rights and its violation would be the major part of the cultural paradigm of the Latin America. In today's time, a number of competing groups describe the term of human rights according to their own ends. In Latin America, the goals in the field of politics as well as the goals of the politicians are closely interlinked with the issues of the human rights. As most of the political figures, in Latin America possess a dictatorial nature and the government of Latin America is mainly about dictatorship so, most of the literature about the human rights derives from the leftist oriented group. This is one of the reasons that often human rights get confused with politics. There is another factor that creates diversification when it comes to the field of the human rights. This factor is of religion. In the Catholic Churches of Latin America, liberation theology gets considered as the most driving and formidable force. The role of religious publication is also of utmost importance in Latin America in the literature related to the human rights issues. The aim and objective of this paper is to talk about the human rights in Latin America. This paper aims to talk about the prevalence of human rights and its violation from variegated aspects.
