Introduction

The reason of this study was to recognise the abilities, features, attributes and information that are prerequisites for high presentation to older administration and how to organise their value of life and employed life. First, aim on the outcomes of study were recognised throughout the one-by-one work of the work can be both a direct assistance to business goals. Secondly, we liked to bypass the contradictory facets of the present argument on the forces, which are mostly intensified in administrative and manual workers. There was some anxiety that older managers can answer contrary to take part in the method, which is associated to the restructuring of accolades at the floor in the store. Thirdly, often with contradictory connotations of the period "quality of life" as those unfamiliar with the mechanical significance of the study may see as a check of their individual abilities in the workplace. It was considered attractive to bypass this kind of defensive reaction. However, the theoretical outcomes of this study discovered a large overlap between the "efficiency" period and the period "quality of life ".
