Introduction

The purpose of writing this paper is to give readers an idea regarding the role of the immigrants' entrepreneurs in the United States economic system. Therefore, in this regard, the focus is on developing a model that suits the immigrants and to the government as well because the immigrants entrepreneurs playing a vital role in boasting up the economy by creating new and innovative jobs. Similarly, the paper also highlights the different sectors in which the immigrant entrepreneurs making progress and thus the US government need to back up the immigrant entrepreneurs because they are also one of the strategic asset of the country.

These considerations serve to introduce two obvious facts that concerning entrepreneurship of foreigners/immigrants in United States: the first concerns the finding that the large increase in the number of companies managed by immigrants. The US economic system, which has passed to a new transformation level in which immigrants entrepreneurs and the professionals contributed a great deal in creating new and innovative jobs. The purpose of this report as mentioned previously is to develop a plan that shows the striking propensity of immigrants to start and grow in the United States as being a successful entrepreneur. The main crust of the report is to focus on the legal immigration of the expatriates, and in the same way, the research reveals that the current restrictions impose by the Obama administration on the skilled labor force also likely to result in slowing down the pace of creating new jobs and restricting America to move towards innovation.

Immigration in entrepreneurship and education, and consequently in the U.S. economy, occupies a significant place in the current political debates. A study by the Kauffman Foundation from 2007 showed that more than a quarter of high-tech companies created in the United States from 1995 to 2005 was originally an entrepreneur from immigration. This figure had marked the spirits, so that President Obama said in April 2011 wanting "more Andy Grove in United States" to prevent this type of successful entrepreneurs, immigrants and expatriates to countries like China or France. If the numbers are indisputable, the conclusion is equally important: the U.S. economy depends in large part ups to at least 0.75 latter providing 65% of new jobs according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Similarly, the department admits that to keep the economy on same track, United States need these 0.75 entrepreneurs from immigration.

However, due to strict immigration policy a large number of workers and highly qualified students are forced to return to their country of origin.
