Smoking is a process in which a substance usually tobacco is burned and the smoke out of it is inhaled by people. Smoking is one of most widely used method, through drugs are inhaled by the people. Millions of people in all human societies use tobacco smoking. Other forms such as cannabis and opium are also used by some people for smoking.

The most common and mostly used method to smoke is through cigarettes. According to as recent study; more than half smokers are killed due to diseases caused by smoking. The report also concluded that around 5 million people die as a result of smoking.

Discussion

Over the past, smoking was used and consumed by very few people in the developing countries. The consumption as increase as cigarettes are exported to developing countries and tobacco is cultivated at a cheaper price in the developing countries. All groups and spheres of life get addicted to smoking, which causes dangerous diseases to them and to the society. The increase in the use of tobacco has adverse affects on the health of people and on the society. There are many constraints to prevent smoking in the developing countries, but it has become very essential; to stop smoking as many health issues and diseases are being spread and it is also affecting the economy of the developing countries.
