Summary

Rationale for research

Taken together, the current issues associated with determining the IFL and the lack of research about how the Department of IFL does support the need for further research on faculty members an understanding and practice of IFL.

Method

In accordance with most of the phenomenological research, data were collected with the conversational, semistructured interviews as the primary means of exploration in depth the phenomenon of interest (participants answered open-ended questions, and thus were able to tell their stories with all the richness inherent in it all the interviews lasted from 60 minutes to 2 and 1 / 2 hours.
