In our country, today is experiencing a period of cultural transformation, modernization and innovation characteristic of the 19th century, the inversion of high culture, the so-called "Culture of culture", combined with the inversion of trans-culturation and the transition of the former counterculture to the rank of official ruling. In situations where significant previously targeted values, worldview, ideological and moral principles of society have lost their relevance, "collective memory" has become a source of ethnic conflict (Lauring, 2011). The cultural complex of modern Russian society there is a contradiction between conventional transmitted from generation to generation and institutional regulatory elements, which reduce the efficiency of social and cultural regulation. Social skills must be comprehended in terms of admissibility of any of its components in today's conditions in order to consolidate the society, to improve understanding of its members. At the same time, in our country almost institutionally provided socialization of people of pensionable age (so-called fourth period of socialization), although this time a person develops a new social and cultural identity, and even in a stable society in need of special social institutions.

In conditions of radical social change and, the need for socialization providing knowledge and skills adequate to the existence of socially exceptional situations, increased many times. We must be aware of the entropic potential cultural conflicts, and their practical forms and the most essential elements to own techniques settlement and prevention of cultural conflict on the basis of the principles of tolerance and complementarity (Briam, 2010). This is especially important that the source of cultural conflicts of our society will soon be an increase in social differentiation and the cultural specialization. For decades, Soviet culture was raised by behavioral and mental homogeneity of society, the notion of unified for all lifestyles. Of course, in reality, there were underground, and the elite, but their existence was scarcely known to the public: the first was deprived of representative capacity, the second she was uninterested in the demonstration of privilege. Emerging today is embodied cultural polymorphism, including, in many ways of life, cultivated disparate social and ethno-cultural groups. How do the two countries differ in their cultural patterns?

Another aspect we can mention is the proxemics expected in a formal conversation, informal, casual or family between the people of another culture. We as American tend to keep a very short distance when we talked while the Europeans or Americans, to name a few, feel invaded their space with a distance so small, and prefer to keep a larger space. Within proxemics, we also find that we are a country severely affected or at least express affection with a pat on the back, a hug, kiss opposed to other cultures considered cool to express their emotions (Kupka, Everett, Atkins, Mertesacker, Walters, Walters, Graf, Brooks, Dodd, & Bolten, 2009).
