Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to describe the comparative analysis of the international business environment of India and South Africa. The paper is a discussion of various international business models and theories which are used for the purpose of indentifying the comparison between the international business environment of South Africa and India. International business mainly refers to doing business in the international localities. This is an era of globalization and each and every country promotes the international business environment and each and every country is developing different strategies which are used for the purpose of promoting the international business in it. Thus, it can be said that the importance of international business has gained with the passage of time. Just like the other countries, India and South Africa have also adopted different strategies with reference to the international business. Thus, this paper refers to the analysis of the comparison between international business strategies of India and South Africa.

Discussion

The international business environment mainly refers to the terms describing the ways through which a country conducts the international business. The importance of international business is growing with the passage of time. This is the reason why companies are paying great importance to the promotion of international business within their countries. Though, the international business environment varies in different countries. Just like the other countries, there is also a differentiation and variation of international business environment between India and South Africa. The legal acts, the duties and the other strategies of both the countries are different from each other (Aharoni, 2010, p. 73).

India is a very developing country in terms of its economy. The economy of India is continuously increasing and the main reason behind such increase in Indian Economy is the investment from foreign countries. India has very supportive policies in terms of the foreign investment. The country supports the foreign investment and provides the opportunities to the different foreign countries in order to promote the international business environment. In terms of gaining the high growth and stable economy, India is promoting the international business. This is the reason why along with focusing on different domestic aspects, India is also focusing on the external environment and developing the policies which can be helpful for the country in facilitating the external environment. Agriculture is one of the important sector of India which is used for the purpose of developing the international business environment of India. India is earning a huge business from the agricultural sector; therefore, the international business in the sector of agriculture can be very helpful in India in terms of promoting the international business environment (Sandhusen, 1994, p. 34). Though, the influence of government is very high in the different industries of India; therefore, the countries who want to be engaged in business with India have to follow the rules and laws which have been mentioned by Indian Government.
