FAMILY HISTORY:

Mr. Carl Lee Hailey is currently married and he has a daughter and three sons. Mr. Lee stated that he have a remarkable relationship with his family. He also states that his relationship with his daughter Tonya is unique in closeness because she is his only daughter. Even though his parents passed away, he reports that he had a loving relationship with his mother. He states that the well-being of the family was secured by his father at all times. Mr. Lee reports that his father was never home and his father was unsociable and frigid whenever he was in the home. Mr. Lee has a brother who he battled with all through his childhood days. His brother is presently serving jail time.

DEVELOPMENTAL HISTORY:

Mr. Lee states that he had excellent grades throughout his school days. His motor skills and comprehension level are within normal limits.

ACADEMIC/EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Mr. Lee received his high school diploma from Marvelous High School. The high school that he attended during that time was integrated. He was employed at the Bulgin Paper Mill that is located in his hometown, which he labored there for over twenty years. He had no difficulties with his place of employment. Mr. Lee had currently got fired from his job due to the fact that he got arrested for dual homicide.

SOCIAL HISTORY:

Mr. Lee lives in an underprivileged area in Mississippi that has several racial dilemmas. Even though Mr. Lee's hometown has an African American officer, there seems to be a huge amount of racial dilemmas. Lately in neighboring cities, white men were exonerated of raping African American females. Mr. Lee seems to be frustrated by inadequate assistance that is given to the African American neighborhoods. Mr. Lee and his family attend church on a regular basis, which the African American community seems to be thoughtful and caring towards Mr. Lee and his family. Mr. Lee states that his family has an intense faith in God in which the family often seeks direction for sustainment and reassurance from God.

MEDICAL HISTORY:

There seems to be some medical concerns in regards to Mr. Lee's daughter due to the current rape, beating and attempted by the two white males. His daughter was lately hospitalized, which she is in recuperating from her crisis. Tonya is incapable of bring forth a child due to her rape crisis. There is no evidence of any existing medications or existing medical concerns for his wife.

SUBSTANCE USE HISTORY:

There seems to be no history of substance abuse with the family.

PSYCHIATRIC HISTORY:

There seems to be no past psychiatry or therapy for any disturbing or behavioral situations. His wife indicated that he often get aggravated with no trouble.

TRAUMA HISTORY:
