My Prior Experience

In terms of theoretical approaches and to manage work performance, which develop as a trend in today's world, it was concluded that there is always room for improvement. The importance of this area of knowledge for organizational success depends upon integration of management philosophies such as strategy, skills, learning, self-management and continuous improvement in managing performance. Taking the example of my work at gas station, I have owned a gas station for at least 10 years as well as 7 Eleven, and I have profound knowledge about the complexities involved in managing the human resource of an organization. People do not consider the gas station as a seprate entity, but rather a place where they quickly get their vehicles filled up before the hit on the acelerator.

However, there are various aspects of humanities that need to be considered, which I have well recognized. I have deviced strategies to keep my resource happy and motivate, which in turns make them efficient and productive. For example, I myself work very hard in ensuring that the resource is provided with the best environment and workplace atmosphere and that the human resource is not deprived of benefits other than their salaries.

As I see it, the appropriate performance assessment criteria, which has been effectively motivating my resource, has been built on three pillars basic pillars, which include gaining the benefit of having a clear focus to help my resource in making sense of all activities, a personal productivity system to help organize an autonomous performance recording and assessment for all employees and meetings between supervisors and resource to share possible feedbacks and to help by providing expertise in task executions. These are little things that enable employees to focus and work in the most efficient and effective manner possible. My experience as a business owner allowed me to understand that humanities is an essential part of business and by using use a combination of quantitative and qualitative markers, human resource can be kept motivated ensuring productivity and efficiency.
