Since ancient times, before the lawyers, politicians, and ordinary citizens are often raised the question of the relationship between morality and law in our lives for maintaining social order. On this occasion, always a lot of discussion was carried out and there are many theories. Renowned law, politics, ethics, and many other sciences engage in a heated debate, but never came to a single opinion. The relevance of this topic is the following: the question of the nature and the relationship between law and morality is still the focus of the current legal and political thought. Right to interfere in the most important and vital areas of public regulation, eventually encompassing a growing range of social relationships. At the same time morality pervades almost all variety of relationships between people, inevitably fastened with many legal norms.
