Is the Human Essentially Rational?

Sin in general, is a free and deliberate violation of God's law. However slight, is a sin any deviation from the divine commandments? The essential nature of sin is rebellion against God and is sinful any act in which the human will is opposed to the divine consciousness known. Sin, with the exception of original sin, actual sin is called and is divided into venial and mortal sin according to the seriousness of the violation and the degree of will and deliberation.

The sins against society, which cry to heaven, are: murder, sodomy, oppresses widows and orphans, and the defrauding of wages to the worker. The deadly pride, covetousness, lust, anger, gluttony, envy and sloth are considered as sin.

A person's ability to intervene directly leads to the theological concept of sin. Understanding of sin is the first in situation humans in front of God and with each other.
