Method of Recruitment

Methods of both internal and external recruitment would be used for the hiring of the manager in this case, as both the methods have their own advantages as well as disadvantages and internal as well as external individuals would be granted chance to prove their skills and worth (Martin, 2009). According to the internal recruitment methods, applications would be invited from the employees for getting transferred to the particular position and on the other hand, external recruitment would focus on the outside individuals and they would be tested and checked for appointment on the position.

Tasks

The manger would be responsible for over-viewing the management of the restaurant and would also ensure that all the processes are being carried out properly (Clark, 2008). His major job roles would include making sure that the costumers are being served in the right manner, the restaurant is clean and the waiters are efficient and quick.
