Introduction

Many wonder about, but when the world appeared first in prison and the penal system? Whether it was in ancient Sumer, Assyria or ancient Egypt or in the East or in Asia and on what continent? I think to answer this question, initially to find the answer to another: when people began to sin, shed blood, to fight wars, steal, and infringe upon the honor and property of neighbor? It was with the advent of concepts such as the law of sin and, most likely, and any penalties and jail. The answers to these questions contain the Holy Quran. At the dawn of mankind, during the first ancestor of the people, for disobeying God, Adam (peace be upon him) and his wife Eve were the first penalty and imprisonment (Nigosian, 2004). The punishment was the removal of the eternal, fragrant paradise and a prison - uncharted and hostile planet Earth. Lord has mercy on his creatures, so he would not destroy them. Imprisoning Adam and his wife on earth, He gave them the opportunity to repent (to make Taub) and back to return to Paradise. The Holy Qur'an says: "We said, 'O Adam! Settle in Paradise with his wife. Eat plenty out there, where you wish, but do not approach this tree, and not what will prove to be one of the wicked. “Satan caused them to stumble on it, and brought them out from where they were. And then we said: "Nizvergnites and be enemies to each other! The land will be for you to use the dwelling and the subject within a certain time. “Adam received words from his Lord, and He accepted his repentance. Verily, He - Receiving repentance, Most Merciful.

From this story we derive for them the greatest lesson of wisdom, imprisonment - is not the end, but rather a starting point for understanding of sin, repentance and sincere re-education. Until now, each of us living on Earth is in a prison, we are prisoners of a perishable world, only the difference between us is that someone who repents and return to God, while others does not. Prisons, penal colonies are also places of confinement, created by people for punishment and rehabilitation categories of citizens who have transgressed against the law. And the purpose of these institutions is the same: encouraging people to repent and reform. People, committed various acts of unequal and staying in places of detention should be aware of the fact that they have committed a double crime - a crime in relation to God and country. The religion of Islam as a religion of peace and justice requires that public order and discipline. Sowing the good rewarded in both worlds, sowing confusion and is not justice to be punished in this world and hereafter. Islam is against the legalization of human vices, drugs and criminal, sinful ...
