It is observed that high rate of offenders are again involving in crimes and it has become a process which cannot be stopped until unless governing body takes necessary measures control crime. They should make an effort to teach offenders about the negativity of crimes and make them aware about the consequences of crimes. Successful reentry initiatives provide support through existing service systems, such as those involving transportation services, housing, substance abuse prevention, employment, faith-based, welfare, and mental health.
