The desire for high-technology strategic value to the organization but also the power for the work situation of the firm has determinedly occupied the information systems landscape. Knowledge Management is the most recent techno-managerial exhortation earmarked for the improvement of work operations and generating value for the operations of firm. Knowledge management is associated with a variety of technology services for possible applications. However, there is insufficient empirical support for the phenomena, the factors and conditions associated to the organizational acceptance of these proposals.

This research searches for a deeper knowledge of organizational facts taking place in the course of the implementation and adoption of technological solutions for knowledge management. The author makes use of the theory related to making of sense to find the drivers moving the knowledge management adoption an innovative practice for technological management, and the possible areas of its use. Next, this research considers the organizational arrangements that accompany adoption decision for the practices of knowledge management. The fundamental for this research considers the knowledge management as technological advancement and makes use of the organizing visualization for exposing the building blocks related organizational actions (Burton, 1997).

The fundamental approach for this research makes use of the case study. The research examines Retail Bank in situation of rapid development of business and strong pioneering behavior. The knowledge management has been adopted as a practice that might facilitate the constant development of innovative services and products and further than that the alteration to fundamentally different collection of functional arrangements.

The idea of knowledge has encouraged extensively a research gush in the information system field. The systems for knowledge management are of the main interest because of the challenges that these systems raise related to the problems of organizational application and design, use and implementation. Regardless of the certain need of the suitable technologies that would permit the conceptualization and organization of the knowledge of the firm, there has not been in the anticipation know a complete analysis framework, use and design of knowledge management systems (Coombs, 1991).
