Knowledge Map

A knowledge map is a graphical representation of a body of knowledge in a domain. It differs from a textual representation of its structure that cannot be serialized. It takes the form of a network graph. Indeed, in a knowledge map, knowledge is represented schematically and two-dimensional form of a network of nodes and arcs. The nodes represent important ideas or knowledge, and arcs, the relationships (or links) that the designer of the card draws between knowledge.
