Introduction

Individuals not only gain knowledge at diverse rates, but also in variant methods. Some people need the whole things written down; some other people have a preference to listen. Some favor small crowd settings instead of large group debates; others prefer to listen to a lecture and interpret it into pictorial scrabbles in a notebook (Hesselbein, Goldsmith, Beckhard 1996, 58). Each one has its own distinctive features. It is significant to keep in mind that each person has his or her own exclusive learning style.
