Introduction

A person may be repetitive if I title of mention, once again, that we are in the Information Society trying to move towards Knowledge. But do I want to reiterate the importance I give to this distinction between societies, one of the pillars that support me to continue my campaign for Knowledge and Innovation. Consistent with the above, assume the risk of blame and start this article alluding to the profound economic and social change that we are witnesses, mainly characterized by the transition from an industrial society, whose economy is based on the transformation of raw materials and production of manufactured goods, to another new feature which is most distinctive information along with the technologies we call the ICT (information and communication) which allow to manage (Bate, 2002, 643-663).

However, for various reasons known to avoid exposing to not overstretch the text, some countries are still in the early societies, trying to reach the second. Others are somewhere between the two, and a third group already established in the Information Society continues its progression, with different speeds, towards the knowledge society, characterized also by the information and ICT, but where the emphasis is on knowledge and creativity, with the technology support tools. So, irrespective of technological positions in the scene, such a society will be much more human than before (Bate, 2002, 643-663).

Discussion

Knowledge as a resource for value creation to harness requires an adequate understanding of the potentials and limitations in representation and transfer of knowledge assets. These opportunities and to get restrictions on the track is the intention of the following sketchy considerations. However, the practice of knowledge management is highly relevant to the questions about the transferability of knowledge. Clues to their answers to some systematic consideration of the dimensions of knowledge and knowledge flow type. First, however, briefly on the structure-functionalism as a suitable prospect appears to be essential received for knowledge management in enterprises. Moreover, knowledge management is emerging as a central role in leading and Organization of firms considered.
