Work environment is an important factor in employee's productivity. My current work place is my favorite one because there is no force in here. We can easily express our feeling and communicate with our managers. In this work environment employees are appreciated for their contribution and there is fair environment.

My last experience was very bad as there wasn't a fair practice in the organization and there exist favoritism. We couldn't communicate with or authorities easily.
