In capitalistic markets, the labor force exchange their efforts and craft for the promise of fair wages. In United States and Western Europe the phenomenon of labor unions, was completely developed by the end of the nineteenth century. The labor force existing in the early days of the Industrialization period had to face several challenges such as; unfair treatment by employers, long working hours and unsanitary working conditions.
