Theories/Philosophies of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker Principles of Entrepreneurial Leadership

Entrepreneurial leadership is a complex style of the principal. People who practice this style are usually driven by risk-taking, aggressive and can recognize that change will benefit. Peter Drucker (1985) discusses several strategies for the Entrepreneur, but "Fustest with the Moistest" is one that looks to the future. Employers are looking to the future of the creation of a new market or industry with their innovations. James Kouzes (2008) highlights the five practices of exemplary leadership. One of the five practices, "Inspiring a Shared Vision" is to imagine the future leaders and create an ideal image of what the organization can become. (Drucker 2010)

Steve Case, Kouzes and Drucker have different approaches to philosophy and strategy relating to the new definition of Entrepreneurial leadership in today's dynamic marketplace. In the case of Steve, which describes three elements that are people, passion and perseverance, and gave us examples that shows how to deal with many companies like AOL and Pizza Hut to see how they interact with people and be passionate about what doing and persevere when the vision of a company does not meet the target which is carried out. Entrepreneurial leadership in today's dynamic markets

Inspiring a shared vision, leaders passionately believe that they can make a difference. Imagine the future, creating an ideal and unique image of what the organization can become and then through persuasion, leaders enlist others in your dreams and make people interesting possibilities for the future (Wren 2005)Challenge the process, leaders search for opportunities to change and innovate ways to improve the organization. Thus, to experiment and take risks and because the leaders know that risk taking involves mistakes and failures, accept inevitable disappointments as learning opportunities. 4. Allow others to act, but actively engage other leaders to understand that mutual respect is what sustains extraordinary efforts and do everything possible to create a climate of trust and human dignity. It also strengthens others, making each person feel capable and powerful.
