Abstract

This paper identifies the concepts of two different books. The books are Kathleen Kelly Reardon in its All Politics and Andrew J. Dubrin in Leadership. Defining how Kathleen Kelly themes, principles, and concepts relate to the themes, principles and concepts of Andrew Dubrin's text book Leadership. In an oblique way, these books, largely by men and presumably for men, seem to be exposing the patriarchy to the virtues of a leadership quiet, emotive, relationship-based that has existed and worked for millennia among different cultures and identifies the working environment through achieving true style and participation with balanced politics maintained in the environment.

Introduction

The values espoused are remarkably much consonant with those driving independent education. However, the paucity of mainstream material focused on multicultural leadership issues is a worrisome reminder that “leadership” in our society still implies the elements of the white patriarchy that political leaders are presumably working hard to eradicate in both books. The modern leader, needs to be a communicator, a collaborator, a visionary (but within limits), a strategic thinker, a mentor, and a relationship-builder. Andrew J. Dubrin, felt pretty much unreconstructed in this sense, with chapters on making oneself more charismatic and “Grabbing Power. Kathleen and Andrew books overly discuss manipulating people, earnestly urging the reader to use such tactics only to help people achieve ends that will benefit both themselves and the organization. The emphasis on relationship-building and communication, on human values over corporate absolutes, is a nod to a more feminized and consensual approach to leadership defined in the books of Andrew J. Dubrin's Leadership and Kathleen Kelly Reardon it's All Politics.

Discussion

Kathleen identifies the political system in her book. Political Systems are a coordinated effort to protected nomination and election of candidates for government offices. In the United States, the in most significant political schemes are those for the nomination and election of candidates for the agencies of leader and vice president. In each political crusade, there are nominations, and they made at a nationwide conference (an affirmation between states for guideline of affairs influencing all of them) advancing the presidential election. Comparison of Leadership Styles
