Leadership Experience

I was the leader of a cross functional team where everyone has a different background to finish a strategic management course group project in one of my master of accounting courses. What I did was to schedule meetings, prepared topics that may need to be discussed in the meeting, prioritized topics needed to be covered in the meetings, confronted difficulties and frustrations we experienced, and removed roadblocks during the process such as conflicts in personal schedules, differing opinions.
