Introduction

The environment is changing in a rapidly evolving environment, it must evolve, innovate, to be in a position of competitiveness. Innovation and change in the management of projects are by nature in the heart of the company's innovation and result in their implementation of a break business processes and modification of user practices. The human factor thus represents the main cause of failure of such projects. Innovation with regards to every single aspect of work is important (Scott Isaksen, 2006). This essay will be focusing on reviewing the relevant literature with respect to leading innovation and change, theories of innovation, change and leadership of innovation and change will also be discussed in this paper.

Change management is to facilitate the acceptance of the changes induced by the implementation of a new project and reduce the release factors. The term change management has sometimes a pejorative connotation, can be advantageously replaced by the term "driving innovation". The steps of change management are generally based on the following three:

Participation: involving users early in the project, particularly to take into account their views and ensure that the final product meets their expectations;

Communication: establish a communication mechanism throughout the project to allow the company stakeholders understand and accept the changes to come, and to be informed of project progress;

Training: to ensure that users have acquired the knowledge and skills required.

The involvement and participation of people in the process is a key factor for success, change management is not limited to training and awareness.

Leadership and Innovation

Innovation is primarily a type of corporate culture basically depends on managerial behavior, Leadership, entrepreneurial capacity of managers of the organization. Transformer or and Leadership that enables a culture of innovation, that could be learned or developed, is what determines the type of Culture. Transformative Leadership is the key factor to analyze how to manage people (Leadership Styles), the Organizational Culture is the values ??and behaviors that characterize an Innovative organization (Michael Jarrett, 2008).

To improve any business startup parameter is measurement. To improve the innovative capacity should be measured. But it is necessary to measure intangibles: leadership, innovation culture. The companies also need to work with other aspects: branding, positioning, etc.

Management development (training, selection, evaluation) particularly with reference to the Future, proactive capabilities, managers and people thinking about the medium term, what appears most relevant to improving the innovative capacity of an increasingly globalized and fewer barriers.
