It has been an extremely large increase in the quantity of employees who either sue or attempts to sue an organization and also going out towards revenge. It look like that litigations in the workplace increase more as the economy proves to be at downward slope. U.S constantly made aware of the reductions in jobs that seem to be still available.

Many individuals are jobless due to the recession that the economy is currently going through. There are many individuals who have also been laid off from jobs from which they had previous experience too and expected to be always available there. Job Security is hard to look for and employees are scared off and in extreme fear for their financial security. Due to the rise in the number of employees who sue or attempt to sue the organization that they work for or previously worked for administrators are changing the way that they administer to try to prevent any litigations within their organization. Some administrators bend over backward doing things in an attempt to prevent any litigations from possibly being brought against them and their organization.
