With references to the article “instead of making things better, all lawyers do is to add another layer of bureaucracy and cost to running a business” published in a local newspaper I want to elaborate the opinions regarding the subject.

In the United States, however, the bureaucracy has not attained the degree of power or influence that Weber anticipated. The reasons for this relate to the special history of the bureaucracy in the United States.
