Facts: This was a case between the prisoners of the state and the State of Arizona. The prisoners had sued the State of Arizona because according to them the state was depriving them of the rights of access to courts and counsel. Casey and the inmates were the respondents and they held that the petitioners, Lewis and other people associated with the case did not present them with the latest and recent law documents and other ways of accessing legal documents such as the libraries, the photocopying services and many other services. ...
