Since the beginning of human life, we as a people have always strived to obtain machines or tools to make our lives easier. Before the computer was invented in 1822, people were performing boring, repetitive tasks that we now take for granted. The computer, a modern complex machine, now accomplishes things we never thought possible. Computers, in general, have many benefits for they provide entertainment, help modern cities function, above all, make the most aggravating and mundane tasks incredibly simple.

The society in which we live today has evolved in many ways. One way society has advanced so rapidly over the years is through the use of an amazing electrical device known as the computer. A computer is a device that has the capability of storing its own memory by operating under the control of instructions. This then enables the computer to accept data, which is also known as inputting information. To follow this, the computer then processes specified rules according to the data. The next action the computer takes is to generate results.  Our life is affected by computers in very different ways, for both its operation and its lack of performance. The most surprising thing is that computers have infiltrated our lives so much in such a short time. Computers are an important part of modern life that hardly even notices its existence.

Technology is reshaping and redefining the world. The one piece of technology that is making a difference in the world is the humble computer. In an era where you begin your day woke up by your cell phone alarm, read the paper on your laptop screen while driving to your workplace, pay for your meal through your cash card, listen to your favorite music from ...
