Introduction

The draft arrangement sketches the idea, aims and key planned directions that will form the foundation of the forthcoming planning and delivery of transport for the games. The planned guidelines and functioning principles for transport systems and place transport operations covering every mode of transport and customer group are detailed. The roles and accountability of the organisations involved in delivering transport for the Games are explained, as well as the planned Olympic Route Network.
