The paper aims to emphasize the importance of man-less factory in today`s world. Furthermore, it reveals the ways to implement technologies and infrastructure in order to make the factories automated. Moreover, the paper also describes the significance of human skills for the businesses in the form of 3 I`s i.e. innovation, integration and intelligence. The human power for a business cannot be neglected as it contains various factors which are explained in the paper.

Technology is advancing day by day and, brings new ideas and innovations and, competitive advantage leads the success and growth of business organizations in the market. Most firms should know that it is the thorny issue to achieve competitive advantage in 21st Century (Zee, 2002, p.34-64). This is the major concern, which lead to the development of knowledge based theories, which enables to see the relationship between core resources and capabilities.

A firm can have the certain competitive advantage, if it is implementing the strategy which is not implemented by any other organization at a similar time. Technology always affects the globalization, and particularly economic globalization. There are different types of system in one economy and link with each other. Globalization is the combination of different processes. It is absolutely wrong to consider it as a single process. The affects of economic globalization is everywhere in Unites States of America. Moreover, attitudes of people towards globalization are also not constant (Khosrowpour, 2000, pp. 66-98).

Information Technology is providing the remote access to the electronic network and, man made efforts to travel long distances are minimized and, work can be done from home, and increase the user productivity. Virtualization helps to run numerous operating systems through a single computer. Companies can face different threats such as flood, fires, lightening storms, humidity and other natural disasters. There are other disasters too, which are due to the Information Technology such as hackers, human errors, power failures and viruses (Barro, 1997.p.101).

Virtualization helps any operator to control guest's operating systems. Primary goals of information security include the protection of information systems. With the advent of new technologies, it is becoming difficult and challenging to secure the information systems. Major goals of information security may include the reduction of risk from the systems. It has to ensure the information confidentiality of data resources (Thorp, 1998). Information technology has to ensure the availability of information resource without any interruption and ensure compliance with policies. The process of globalization affects many things, such as government, business, trading and the social life of people. In United States, Globalization is adversely affecting the life of the people, their interactions, way of livings and perceptions (Gregory Mankiw., 2009, p.96). There is a rapid change in knowledge, skills and abilities over the years due to this economic globalization.
