Critical Analysis of Spotswood:

Spotswood is a movie about a small factory, the factory owner named ball has been struggling for making a profit for a long time. The film was set in late 1960's in the city of Spotswood. The owner of the factory is a caring person always tried to keep the company doors open. He struggled a lot to keep the company on track many a times he has sold many of his assets for keeping the company afloat. When he realizes that his cool nature could not run company with the same level of strategy, he hired one harsh efficiency expert. The purpose for hiring this expert was to modernize the factory. (Aston Centre for Human Resources 2008 pp. 30-95)When the efficiency expert looked at the factory he thinks that it is not possible to save the factory as workers of the factory were very lazy. In the movie Spotswood, the life of the efficiency expert outside the factory is defined, his relationship with his wife is weak; she was thinking to leave her, because of his long working hours at the factory. One other organizational behavior highlighted in this movie is that Wallace avoided maintaining any kind of relationship with the factory workers. The reason behind this attitude is that he did not want to have a feeling of guilty for firing the factory workers. As the employee working, for the factory relies on the income they get from the factory. In a movie one, of the groups in factory tries to become a friend of Wallace. The group thinks that the ideas of the Wallace can help them in advancing the factory. Wallace has been the major problems that small whole Spotswood to find on the map, making big eyes when he finally arrives in ball mode. The staff there seem grumpy with the work ethic does not take very seriously. During working hours, they discussed a lot better about the upcoming national championship in the toy car racing or working in the dance step to the rhythm of the music on the radio.

One of the characters named Cary Ben Mendleson, who has fallen in love with the handsome but rather stupid daughter of the boss. Instead of pursuing his work, uses the time for all sorts of awkward Cary overtures to the girl. In ball-mill loafers are believed Wallace back soon to the middle Ages. The Ball goods, moccasins and ladies' dressing gowns, are not only completely out of fashion, but also taste awful.
