The Contingency Approach

The prime rationale and connotations of the contingency approach are attributed, primarily to the management or the organizational structure. However, before assimilating this concept or approach in the light of management or the organizational structure, it is highly imperative that the core idea or concept associated with the pure term of contingency approach is deciphered and comprehended by a naïve mind. The term contingency, itself denotes the possibility of an occurrence of any event.

As mentioned in the introductory and the previous section, the basic affiliation of this term pertains to the context of the organizational structure. Now, for carefully and comprehensively assimilating the attribution of contingency approach to that of the organization structure, it is extremely important the reader/ person, bears in mind the specifications regarding the contingency approach rendered in the previous section.
