Introduction

In the 21st century where business is moving so fast that it has become imperative for the leaders to show diversity in their leadership style, generally diversity in leadership describes that how all level of leader in their organization control and command its employees according to the diversify circumstances, the dynamic qualities of the leaders are observed when they have to lead an organization from situations where all members of the organization are considering themselves ate the diversified person and ultimately affecting the performance of the organization in such circumstances the role of the leaders is to develop trust among the members so that the organization can perform accordingly (Military leadership Diversity Comission,2010).

According to a well known scholar (Kraus and Riche, 2009) has identified that the best example of diversified leadership can be observed in military, air force and etc, because during the condition of war the situation changes constantly therefore under those circumstance the leaders of the forces shows their diversified leadership qualities in motivating his troops to face the challenges by keeping the head up and never lose hope.

Another important definition of the diversity leadership quality was explained by (Diversity working.com, 2010) by exploring that management of diversity is a tool through which a leader can effectively manage the diversified work forces of his organization and can find hidden benefits from those situation for its organization and tries to minimize the overall challenge faced by the organization by leading from the front (Military leadership Diversity Comission, 2010).

The basic aspect of the diversified leadership quality is to ensure that all the employees of the organization feels that they are being lead by the effective and efficient person, and that they are being provided equal opportunities of growth and are being appraises for their excellent performance and most importantly at the time of difficulty organization is providing moral and ethical support.

Discussion

It is very important for the leader to posses the qualities of the diversified leader as several situation will occur where the leader has to lead from the front in order to face the fire and take the organization through from the difficult moments, it has been observed that there is a positive relation between the diversity leadership and overall performance and capabilities of the organization if all the members of the organization work together as a unit or else there is no advantage of the leadership but that's the main challenge that the leaders of the organization faced.
