Effect of measurements of unemployment and inflation on management of an organisation

When economists gaze at inflation and unemployment in the short period, they glimpse an uneven inverse association between the two. When unemployment is high, inflation is reduced and when inflation is high, unemployment is low (Bennis, 2004). This has offered a difficulty to controllers who desire to limit both. This connection between inflation and unemployment is the Phillips curve. The short period Phillips bend is a falling one.



This is an uneven estimation of a short-term Phillips curve. As you can glimpse, inflation is inversely associated to unemployment. The long-term Phillips bends, although, is different(Bennis, 2007). Economists have documented that in the long run, there appears to be no association between inflation and unemployment.
