It is important to understand the basics of the management in order to study the management style which is being followed at ACME Engineering. Since it is the management style which tends to lay the foundation for the nature of the relationship between employees and the management. For any organization to achieve success and meet its set goals, a strong relation between the management and employers should be in place. Both tend to be interdependent, and none of the wings can perform in isolation in order to turn achieve success. However, there are various factors, which tend to, contribute in the development of a strong relation between the two wings of any organization. In order to establish, a strong relationship between the management and the employer both needs to know of their limitations. For any organization, to achieve success the employer and its management should be on the same page.

If the management and the employer are on the same page, the organization will go beyond its set objectives (Dale 1993, p.6). However, if the management tend to adopt a different approach and there is an existence of a conflict between the two the whole organization will suffer. However, both needs to understand and respect each other needs and craft or constitute a way to meet each other set objective. If both tends, to work as per their limitations than the conflict will cease to exist. However, in the context of this paper we will be throwing light on ACME Engineering in order to meet the needs of this paper.
