Introduction

The company that I have chosen to conduct Stakeholder Analysis is Tesco. Tesco is a public limited company based international president of the United Kingdom working in the commissary and major retail store chains. It is the largest British Ssbh stores in terms of global sales and market share than the total profits of 3 billion pounds sterling. It is currently in third place globally in terms of income after Wal-Mart and Carrefour , but second in terms of profits ahead of Carrefour. Tesco has been specializing in foods and beverages after that it has diversified its business to include new activities such as selling clothing , electronics, household, financial services, telecommunications , insurance houses, health insurance, vehicle insurance, providing dental treatment, sale and rental discs DVD and CDs , download music, Internet service provider and the sale of computer software (Conner, 1993, 135).

In 1919, Tesco Plc was established by Jack Cohen, by utilizing the bonus which he achieved for his services in the World War I army. Then in 1924, he purchased a tea consignment from the company TE Stock well. A stakeholder is any individual that has a concern or is influenced by a corporation. In other phrases, the stockholder is not the only party having a stake in the corporation. Other stakeholder in a company encompasses the workers, the employees' families, suppliers, clients, community, and others. This suggests that there will be examples when administration is obligated to forfeit the earnings concerns of stockholders for those of other stakeholder. This idea functions founded on the implicit assumption that enterprises have responsibilities to all those influenced by the enterprise itself.
