Introduction:

U.S Marine Non-Commissioned Officers are the leading and are also known as Backbone of the Marine Corps. They are responsible of a very wide range of duties and they have to look after the works carried out in the marine. They have to look in very deeply in each matter, to make every individual efficient.

In the Marines, an NCO is an enlisted man with the rank of E-4 (corporal) or higher. Marines ranked E-6 (staff sergeant) or higher are called Staff NCOs. This term doesn't necessarily indicate a staff job .
