Before initiating the comparison of the two brands it is important to understand the history of the two brands and the premise behind the advertisements being placed together.

Premise

In the month of August Samsung had said to launch its new Galaxy Smartphone and it was on the launch that a lawyers flew to South Korea wherey a case was filed on samsung. Considering the fact that both the companies had shared a good camardeirie so a common ground was developed whereby both the stakeholders were satisfied. Apples lawyer had some other palns. The technology of Android has the ability to mimic the design. The meeting amidst them did not go well and since the alwyers of Samsung did not like the fact that they were accused of cheating and hence provided a report which proved the fact that apple was making use off without the permission of Samsung. The meeting was not productive and hence there was a fundamental disagreement amidst the two. It was based on this premise that a dispute arose and the case was taken to the courth. Apple stated the fact that Samsung had conducted infringement. The had said to award the block more than a million dollars in damages. Samsung now could face a costly suspension in sales of smart phones and tablets key products. Samsung was said to be the largest technology at a global level in terms of revenue and after the case the sales had fell by a 7 percent and it was said to be the biggest in terms of history which nearly costed them $12 billion of marketed value. The differences grew further and the issue hasn't been resolved. Samsung stresses upon the fact and that if there is a verdict in favor then it could harm the competition.

The Jury were said to be more persuaded by reasons for Apple to protect innovation.
