Introduction

Nyaam Natural Products offers 100% chemical free natural hair and skincare products to Individuals of African, Afro Caribbean and Bi-racial origin and Asians throughout the UK. Nyaam is aware of the growing number of individuals of black origin that are looking for a new direction and way for maintaining their hair and skin. It offers a range of products for individuals to select from despite their hair and skin type. Nyaam Natural Product 20 year's old business is a family business founded and operated by Sayda and her three daughters. Sayda has leveraged her extensive experience and knowledge of African remedies to provide high quality products originated from Africa. Their products are sold in Greater London via wholesalers and retailers. Nyaam invest heavily into its research and development which will give them competitive advantage over its competitors. The aim of this market plan is to launch its product nationally as at present the only form of advertising is posters in shops and the owner running conferences to educate promoting the use of natural ingredients. I am going to produce a marketing plan for the Company. identification of the organisation, it''s strategic position contextualised-the key external business factor that have effeted the organisationn and the current factor that will impact on the organisation in terms of competition, the economic cycle, plitical change, legal requirements and changes , environment (green) issues- socila trends in customer choice and behaviour. A thorough breakdown of the internal strength and weakness of the organisation, it''s functional capability, interms of financing, information, management, marketing, organisaional structure ad culture, technological development, human resource mgmt, it''s capabilities and constraints in terms of knowledge, hostory and culture, it''s mission and how possible strategic choice matches or is congruent with mission.

Marketing Plan

Nyaam will focus first on building a client base with skincare product companies. Malcom will be responsible for marketing the company's services to potential customers.  Currently, the company has been successful in acquiring 2 contracts with the following companies:

Forest Meadows Products

WindWalker Products.

Competitive Edge

The competitive advantage of Nyaam is the consistent quality of the herbs that are at the core of each product. The products have been tested locally for years developing and establishing the customer satisfaction level demanded by Gentle Touch Creations.

Sales Strategy

Malcom has seven years of experience in the herbal product industry. He has worked as a Product Manager for both Jerry's Herbal Products and Safe Soap. He has maintained her contacts in the industry and has already signed contracts with Forest Meadows Products and WindWalker Products to supply herbal therapy packs, salves, balsam eye packs, and Saint-John's-wort oil. Malcom will build on these successes and market her product line to herbal product companies through face-to-face selling.

Sales Forecast

Nyaam anticipates that sales will start quickly. The first billing will be sent out in mid-May. The following sales forecast table and chart are for three years.
