In this regard, in recent years, the sector shows a series of economic data pointing to the need to reorganize the business and looking for a clear competitive advantage. The hotel demand, more and more demanding, the revolution brought about by the information technology and communication and the restructuring of demand shows a scenario where tourism demand, as has been devised to date, is increasingly questioned . In recent times, the hotel sector indicates the need to review the business model: firstly, the concentration and the importance of hotel chains is growing, on the other hand, a new demand that forces them to seek strategies differentiation that are not based solely on price but on service.Hotel industry is the very competitive market of which all multinationals chains try to be leader whereas market is almost reaching its critical size. It is the very active market which is influenced by ever changing geopolitical environments. Therefore, hotels always must to adapt their strategies & foresee crises if they want to resist at these fluctuations. aim of this assessment is to compare two big multi-nationals in hotel industry, Wyndham Hotel Group & InterContinental Group, in order to see if they adopt same strategies to have the stable business. Firstly, I will do the presentation of both companies & next I will deal with different strategies they established.
