Strategy is the detailed plan of the described actions and, takes long period of completion in order to achieve the desired goal. Strategy is the important component in the business action plan for the achievement of the goal when the available resources are not enough. The major function of the strategy is to use the available resources and, make it more effective in the accomplishment of tasks. Strategy is mainly focused to gain competitive advantage for various business organization. Today, technology is advancing day by day and, each day brings new ideas and innovations and, without strategy organizations do not consider to overcome the market by only availability of resources. Organizational success is now totally dependent upon the theories of different strategies such as; leadership strategies, cost effective strategies and other strategies. These strategies are adopted to gain the competitive advantage in a short time period.

Difference between Proactive and reactive strategies

Proactive strategies are aimed to deal with the behavioral problems and, there is a proper training according to these strategies in order to guide the employees to deal with such problems. In this way, employees know that what is expecting from them, and what are the consequence if they do not act according to it. In the behavior management plan “Praise” is the best technique to implement this strategy because appraisal of an employee give him courage to follow the rules and conducts of the organization.

On the other hand, reactive strategies are focused to deal with the incidence at the time of occurrence that is mean to response the incidence in a short time.
