Introduction

There are many individuals involved in Media sector. Many people are recognized with the name of their particular show. Every media personal has his or her own style and flavor. Today, name of media People recognize through their shows.

However, the success of any show is not due to the main characters of the show such as the main host. There are many other people involved who are responsible for the success of these shows. These include makeup artists, camera operators, researchers, interns and so on. We hardly recognize these people but sometimes the actual person behind successful idea is gone unnoticed. Many media products are creation of an organization and not of just single individual. Is media playing its role in an unbiased manner to support the progression of society? Or media institutions are just other business entities, who are working to maximize profits and neglecting it true role as a pillar of nation? The media programs created by organizations are governed through rules and regulations. For example, in the Tonight show, there are several organizations which make the program possible. Such programs include production companies, television stations, cable TV organizations and other related entities. There are situation when one organization have more influence of the success of show or it is influenced by many stakeholders. In the same way, people within organizations are organized in certain structures in order to work in controllable and efficient manner.
