This memorandum is prepared in a response to the concerns of some entities regarding the move out of New Computer Centre from the Centre of Dublin to Glenbreen, a suburb on the outskirts of the City. The concerns have been raised by An Taisce, Glenbreen Residents Association and the local branch of the Irish Banks Association.
