Phoenix Advertising is a business based in Charlotte, North Carolina that has a clientele of banks, retail chains and insurance companies. The Human Resources Management at the company has reported to the Company's president Gregory S. Forest about the business's current situation. Four different clients have recently complained about the service provided to them, produced by the Roanoke branch in Virginia, which is vital to Phoenix Advertising's success.

Mr. Forest has also emphasized that the situation of the branch being unable to retain employees is disappointing. Many have threatened to quit as they feel their creative work is being, rejected, edited and turned down without consulting them first. The suggestion is introducing collaborative teams. The branch has been compromising on major factors and accepting more workload of new projects than they can handle which is affecting the company's performance and quality of current projects and the employee's performance.

The employees are required to work extra hours without notice or compensation for the load, which has resulted in low morale and low productivity of the employees. The suggestion to improve this situation is improving communication and by offering bonuses, flexible shifts and workload distribution.

What has also been noticed is that in an effort to increase the revenue of the company, this branch has been compromising on a lot of factors and accepting more clients than they can handle without evaluating how the workload of these new projects will affect the company's performance and quality of current projects. Due to this, the employees are being required to work extra hours and day every week without either notice or compensation to make up for the load, which has resulted in low morale and low productivity of the employees, which has ...
