How Weddings Have Evolved In Past a Decade

Introduction

There are a lot of happy and anticipated moments in one's life. As much as the current state of the world furnishes our lives with the sorrows and complications, yet nature bestows upon us the relishing moments and occasions, where the complications of the world seem too minor in comparison.

For a person, the meaning and criterion of these relishing moments changes as he or she grows up in life. As a kid, the happiness lies with new bags, shoes, books before the first day of a new class in the school. A video game or new toys; then, as a person grows up, the outdoor activities with friends, picnics, hangout, graduation from school and college, proms, graduation dinners etc.

Further more, the moment when an individual holds his/her degree in the hands; the first job interview and the first salary; new house, new neighbourhood, romantic relationships; then as a person further grows old, the first child, his accomplishments; first grandchild and their joyful moments, and much more.

However, the most exciting, happy and relishing moment that exists in a person's life is the beginning of yet another life, with a partner, with whom you are willing to spend the new life of yours. That happy moment and the beginning of a new life are the wedding day of an individual. Courtesy this day, an individual embarks a new commencement of a different experience.

Difference between Marriage and Wedding

As similar and interlinking these terms may sound, in reality there does exist a difference between them. There's a great difference between a relationship and attributing an event to celebrate that relationship, in the form of a new beginning.

Marriage as discussed earlier is the beginning of an individual's new life. Marriage is a relationship shared between two people. The world believes it to be a union of two souls in emotional and physical manner. It is a social acceptance and commencement of a relationship pertaining to a culture in which two souls bind in this respectable relationship. The reasons that the individuals bind themselves in to marriage can be numerous and may encompass the emotion, social, religious and even money appeal.

Moreover, there exist two kinds of marriages in the world; the arranged marriage and love marriage. Arranged marriage may not be common in our part of the world, but in numerous countries like India, Pakistan, other Middle Eastern and Asian countries, arranged marriages are still preferred more. In arranged marriage, the bride and groom do not get to choose each other; in fact, they are bounded in this relationship by either their elders or some other family members.
