Introduction

For the purpose and objective of making significant amends in terms of analyzing the accounts of motivating employees in the organization, there have been great contributions done by researchers and analysts that help us understand and comprehend the functioning of employee motivation.

Non-financial rewards and recognition programs

As we all witness and see, since financial aid and monetary assistance is not always the ultimate motivator, there are other efforts that need to be seen as fit when it comes to hiring at a particular organization (Bandura, 1982, 122-147). These include medical care, club membership, in-house recognition awards and ceremonies that need to be held for identifying the true and justified employees working in the organization, constant motivational attempts, an open environment in order for employees to improve and escalate in their department and be known and recognized in the organization. When undertaking significant motives and making more attempts to understand the functioning of the organization, these are considered primary objectives for all human beings since they have been working in the process of making useful contributions to improving their own lifestyle and at the same time contributing indirectly to the whole society. Then there are other objectives available which suggest the accounts of being more explicit and poised; these include self-efficacy, self-actualization and ultimately making more significant contributions for their own identification and understanding accordingly.

Effectiveness of each identified program in motivating employees

With significant amends that need to be undertaken, there are several methods that can be highlighted in terms of motivation.
