Abstract

Multinational companies whose significance has increased or advanced counting on international capitalization and traveling round the world without understanding borders have activities in evolving countries due to suitable conditions. In this study, the precautions set forward to avert ecological troubles, to obliterate or to minimize it, are the activities attempted by the multinational companies which are considered. Globalization is the last step of economical sovereignty set up by means of multinational companies all over the world by capitalism which affects our age deeply. Unlimited capital stocks of capitalism and its economical development objective “whatever the result is” fastens the problems internationally as the result of not identifying the social developments and justice, inequality in evolving countries.

The multinational is the lot harder to define because over time the very nature of the multinational has changed. For Example in 1958 Maurice Bye began to see and recognize multinational enterprises (MNE s) by the definition Multi-territorial firm indicating that the MNE was purely given the name by the amount of countries the company occupied. Jensen on the other hand believes the Trans-national corporation is the firm that has the power to co-ordinate and control operations in more than one country, even if it does not own them.(Jensen, 2006)This illustrates the difficulties of characterizing the multinational although we can glimpse that there are widespread themes. We can therefore suppose for the reason of this text that the multinational is" firm that has headquarters in one homeland, but with bases, manufacturing or assembly plants in others.(Feldstein, 2005) Although Jorion and Nance contend that any business that establishes the location on the Internet mechanically becomes the Multinational corporation.

2. Concept of Reverse Discrimination

We are all cognizant that discrimination took place over 50 years ago. What some might not be cognizant of is that because of the actions of our ancestors, we, white males, are held responsible and are penalized because of these actions. Affirmative activity is the way to help minorities in sex and rush to get accepted into schools or get hired for jobs while the white males bear from what took location over 50 years ago. Affirmative activity is turn around discrimination.(Ferraro, 2006) It is unconstitutional, and Americthe has arrive the long way since 1964.
